Loving Memory - Request Impressions To Be Taken

** PLEASE NOTE I AM ON MATERNITY LEAVE October 2022 - February 2023 **

I will be unable to do any bereavement visits personally during my maternity leave (and possibly earlier) but I can post DIY kits for fingerprint & ink hand/foot/paw impressions.

Most funeral directors and vets can assist with these as full instructions are included.

These can be used for jewellery keepsakes only. Unfortunately DIY kits for frames cannot be provided.

Many don't realise until they need me in such sad circumstances, when a family member passes away, I will be there giving the same love and attention taking your loved ones impressions for a truly special keepsake.

Here within this form are the details I need to take impressions for you, and giving me authorisation to do so

Once I know who I am visiting, where and the impressions to be taken I will take impressions and confirm back to you once this has been done so you are aware impressions have been taken for you. You can then choose from our website or meet up and go over ideas.

*If you are not local to us (Isle of Man) and would like keepsake impressions of a loved one, we can only offer this with our bespoke jewellery range and can send a kit directly to the funeral directors - please complete the below form and we will be in touch*
